Coworking coach
Everything Coworking helps coworking space operators and Community Managers start and run coworking spaces that attract and retain members.
We are hiring for:
A Coworking Coach that can help support our Coworking Startup School™ and 1:1 coaching clients by running both group Q&A and 1:1 advisory/coaching calls.
Qualifications:
Your own or manage a coworking space is cash flow positive (or was before COVID and is getting back on track)
You can update and read coworking P&Ls (from a template)
You can evaluate an existing P&L and find opportunities
You use a CRM (like PipeDrive, HubSpot, Active Campaign)
Your space runs member events
You send marketing/member newsletters
You believe in your Google Business listing as much as I do
You have a virtual mail program
You are confident coaching others on what to do next
You probably have a Community Manager but not required
Bonus: You run paid digital ads and have a general understanding of how they work.
The coaching Role:
You have 3-5 hours a month to dedicate to meeting with coaching clients.
You are willing to follow the Everything Coworking coaching roadmap and resources but can comfortably overlay your own experience onto the framework.
You will attend a monthly coach best practices sharing call.
You will participate in a coach Slack group or brief weekly check-in to ensure that all mentee relationships are supported and on track.
You will respond to a low volume of emails from coaches if they need help outside of your calls .
There may be more :-) My goal is to make sure that you have the resources you need, that we share across mentors to support our mentees, and that mentees have a clear ROI from the program.
Compensation:
1099/contractor role.
100% remote.
