Luke Wills is the Director of Growth at Thrive Coworking.
He shares his own personal journey into coworking and we dive into the evolution of his role at Thrive as the business has scaled to multiple locations across many states…and gets ready for a big run at quickly multiplying dots on the map. Thrive is looking to grow to 500+ locations…but also wants to make sure each location is successful - more quality over quantity.
