Scott Chambers is the COO of Pacific Workplaces. PAC (for short) has locations all over the San Francisco Bay Area and has recently expanded to Las Vegas, NV, and Phoenix, AZ.

Scott has been in the industry for 20 years.

I asked Scott to share his experience on how to grow a team to support location expansion while maintaining profitability.
